Membership Category *	Professional Perfumer - Less than five employees ($115.00 for one year) The Guild Professional Perfumer has created and packaged perfume(s) which meet or surpass the quality standards of scent and aesthetics in packaging. Perfumers must submit a $50 review fee and samples of all of their perfumes and at least one full-size bottle of a perfume and any promotional materials associated with their business, such as brochures. Applicants must review and meet the criteria for natural perfume submittals on the Code page Application Process Section IV and adhere to the requirements of naturalness as found on the Definition of Natural Fragrance page. If a Supplier offers products that include synthetic fragrances or raw materials, they must have separate webpages for those products and cannot display the Guild logo on those pages. Guild Associate - More than five employees ($190.00 for one year) A Guild Associate creates body, home or environmental products scented with natural aromatics, and supports the goals of the Natural Perfumers Guild. If an Associate offers products scented with synthetic fragrances, they must have separate webpages for those products and cannot display the Guild logo on those pages. The Associate category is also suitable for perfumers who use mostly naturals, but may use some synthetics, and the conditions above apply. Please see the Code page Application Process Section IV for more details on the submittal process for perfumes. Associates must submit a sampling of their products (if applicable) to the Guild. Please use the contact page to arrange this. Friend of the Guild ($65.00 for one year) A Friend of the Guild can be anyone interested in, and supportive of, natural aromatics. This category is typically the first step for many who wish to obtain Guild benefits, but who do not have a business or website yet. A Friend of the Guild may upgrade to Associate, Supplier, or Perfumer upon submittal of products for review and they will have their membership pro-rated upon approval. Perfume Review Fee ($50.00 for one day) Upon application to the Guild, a Perfumer must submit samples of their perfume(s) and a full-size bottle of at least one perfume and any promotional materials associated with their business, such as brochures. You will be contacted with the mailing address for these perfumes. Upon receipt of the perfumes, the Committee typically responds within two weeks.
